Auto Resizing of Photo Attachments

The new ROG forum software doesn't auto-resize photos as have previous versions. I'm working on it but it requires some custom software.

In the mean time, I've increased the size limits for photos such that there shouldn't be problem uploading unless the photo comes from an 8meg-pixel or greater camera.
